Women Learn To Demand For Rights

“Sir, This is to request that diseases have spread all over our village, hence we request you to kindly health camps in the village”, and “The status of water in our village is very vulnerable please take required actions to save our life”.


The above mentioned are no sayings, but part of the applications women groups have handed over to the collector, commissioner and the SP.


Earlier women had no knowledge as to how to approach the government officials and departments for their rights.


Sambhav has been continuously holding meetings, consultations and awareness camps for the upliftment of the deprived classes of the tribe. Efforts have shown results and now the Sahariya tribe no more is dependant on any organisation or so , they know whom to approach and how to approach.
